Spring has sprung.  Birds are chirping, flowers are blooming and the grass is green. Come tour our lovely home in picturesque Newtonville, located off Fiddlers Lane, between Siena College and Shaker High School.

There are lovely garden areas, fenced in yards and an inground pool which is tons of fun. It is a half acre property on a corner lot. 

We moved here over 30 years ago, and we never left because One Comely Lane is in an ideal location.

The neighborhood is delightful, the school district is terrific, the taxes are low, and it is a short drive or walk to all conveniences.

Now it is time to downsize and move to a warmer climate. I encourage you to come by and see our home’s advantages and make it your own.
